This project produced a series of three infographic videos to explain the principles, benefits, and procedures of comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) in cancer. The first video introduces patients to the concept of biomarkers, the importance of genomic testing, and how CGP informs personalized treatment. The second video targets physicians and laboratory scientists, explaining the rationale behind CGP, its clinical utility, and challenges in implementation. The third video focuses on the detailed laboratory workflow, from sample collection and analysis to the interpretation of results and reporting. Our team was responsible for gathering and synthesizing complex scientific information, scripting the videos, and designing the visual infographic materials, ensuring that content was accurate, engaging, and accessible to each audience.
