Healthcare Professionals’ Training and Clinical Communication Improvement

High-quality healthcare delivery requires continuous training of healthcare professionals in modern communication and therapeutic strategies. Our research focuses on developing and evaluating educational interventions that enhance effective patient-provider communication, understanding of psychosocial needs, and management of complex clinical decisions. Our goal is to foster a human-centered care framework where healthcare interactions are built on trust, empathy, and shared decision-making.
