Healthcare Communication and Counselling Skills Training is an initiative to provide holistic training for healthcare professionals and students in two essential areas: effective communication and counselling principles. Our team is developing a series of educational videos that will be hosted on platforms such as Udemy and CE-LLC, designed to enhance participants’ skills in interacting with patients, fostering understanding, and supporting shared decision-making. After a few successful years of running this training at KEDIVIM in Greece, we are now ready to take it to a larger audience. The program equips participants with the skills to communicate clearly, counsel effectively, and adapt to diverse clinical environments, ultimately fostering stronger patient relationships, better health outcomes, and improved patient satisfaction.
