This program is oriented towards quantifying HIV/AIDS- related stigma and discrimination among healthcare workers (HCWs) in Greece across different hospital settings. It intends to identify key stigma drivers at the individual level, including lack of awareness, fear of transmission, and prejudices toward people living with HIV (PLHIV). The study focuses on generating actionable knowledge to reduce stigma, promote health equity, and support national and global HIV responses.
