Promotion of healthy behaviors and Public Engagement

Our lab is dedicated to advancing psychological approaches to promote health and wellbeing across diverse populations. We develop and evaluate interventions that encourage healthy behaviors, support mental and physical wellbeing, and foster informed decision-making. Our team works closely with communities to design awareness campaigns, educational programs, and engagement initiatives that are both evidence-based and culturally relevant. In parallel, we contribute to public health strategies by providing insights that inform health-related policies and practices. By bridging research, practice, and policy, we aim to create impactful, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to health promotion.
